Thank you for buying our courses. We want to ensure that our learners have a seamless experience while browsing, assessing, and purchasing any of our modules.
Learners who have registered for any of the modules, if they change their mind for any reason. Regardless of the reason, we believe there should be a definite refund policy for users who decide not to take the course. Refunds for online courses are only given under the following circumstances:
The user did not access any portion of the online course and requested a refund in writing via email within three business days from the registration date (email notification sent).
There will be no refunds for any online courses once a course has been accessed in any manner. A full refund will be issued, less an administrative fee of Rs 200.
Please understand that with the enrollment and access to your online modules, you have read and agreed to the refund policy. There are no extensions granted for your modules. If you do not complete your modules by the deadlines, there will be additional fees for extended access. Details will be available on our website at the appropriate time.
