Job Title: Associate
Office: Nariman Point, Mumbai – work from office
Job Description: This job is at Athena Advisors, a boutique consulting firm providing services in the areas of Mortgage Finance and Credit Bureaus to Banks, HFCs, NBFCs, MFIs and Credit Information Bureaus. The Company is looking for an “Associate” who will work on assignments in the BFSI - consultancy space.
Primary responsibilities of the Associate:
- Identify new business opportunities and assist in the development of proposals and presentations.
- Conduct research, understand the clients organization on assignment related topics.
- Coordinate on assignments with clients and internally from start to delivery.
- Analyze clients’ business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop strategic recommendations.
- Assist clients in formulating and implementing business strategies, digital transformation initiatives, and operational enhancements.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and feasibility studies to support strategic decision-making.
- Deliver and oversee the implementation of solutions, ensuring alignment with client goals and industry best practices.
- Preparation of presentations, reports, process manuals and other documents, etc.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in the BFSI domain.
Requirements: - Excellent communication skills – Written and verbal (English)
- Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point, Visio, etc.)
- Positive, participative and proactive attitude
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Would be required to travel outstation for work
- Results-driven with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
Experience: Fresher (Graduate, MBA)
Remuneration: Will be commensurate as per candidate’s skills, capabilities and experience
